Acc67 Terms & Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Policy

This document constitutes a legal agreement between acc67 and all its users. "acc67", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating acc67. "User", "you", and "your" refer to any individual accessing or using the acc67 platform.

Acc67 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• To open an account on acc67, you must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Acc67 reserves the right to provide or refuse any service to any user, with or without reason.

The following conditions must be met to open an account on acc67. Accounts created without meeting the eligibility requirements will be cancelled and any balance may be confiscated.

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register. acc67 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and address.
• Registering under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed within 30 days of registration.

All rules and guidelines regarding deposits on acc67 are outlined in this section.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming on acc67.
• Acc67 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, fees imposed by third-party payment providers may apply.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, you must notify acc67 support within 48 hours.

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from acc67. Withdrawals may be delayed without accurate information and completed KYC verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (Standard account).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
• Minimum bet: ৳20. Maximum single bet: ৳50,000.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and a full refund will be issued.
• Acc67 reserves the right to correct any errors in match results.
• If an Obvious Error is identified in the odds, acc67 reserves the right to void the bet.
• If a connection is lost during in-play betting, any bet that has already been confirmed will remain valid.

All bonuses and promotions at acc67 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days; any bonus that expires will be cancelled automatically.
• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only and can be claimed once per person.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must be converted to real money only after the rollover requirement is met.
• Acc67 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time and for any reason.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Acc67 places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe betting should be a source of enjoyment — not financial or emotional stress.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop if your losses exceed a specified amount.
• Session Time Limit: You can set a limit on how long you use the platform in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request to exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere from 1 day to permanently.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing.

Acc67 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If bonus or promotion abuse is detected.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• If KYC verification fails or false documents are submitted.
• When directed by a court or regulatory authority.

Users may contact support at any time to request account closure. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Acc67 does not sell or share personal information with any third party, except when required by official government investigation.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Payment details are not stored on any server.
• Users may request to view or delete their personal data.

In the event of a dispute between acc67 and a user, the following process will apply.

• Step 1: Reach out to acc67 via live chat or email to raise a complaint. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If your issue is not resolved via live chat, submit a formal complaint form. A detailed review will be conducted and a decision communicated within 72 hours.
• Step 3: If a dispute cannot be resolved between both parties, a neutral arbitration process will be initiated through acc67's licensing authority.

Acc67's decisions are final and binding, unless overruled by a regulatory authority or court of law. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
